This is a set of exclusive figures available only from PSC Games. It contains the plastic figures from the Kickstarter edition of the game.

- 24x fort miniatures (to replace cardboard tokens)
- 24x ruined fort miniatures (to replace cardboard tokens)
- 1x Boudica leader figure
- 1x Arthur leader figure
- 4x longship miniatures (used as VP trackers to replace cardboard tokens).
